Why would anyone hire
the cheapest home inspector
for something as expensive as your new home?
My pledge is to always provide you with the best service possible

For this reason, my fee schedule is simple. I do not offer “A la Carte” pricing by charging extra for each detached garage or outbuilding. I do not charge extra for every “x” amount of square feet. I do not charge extra for the age of the house. You will not need a calculator to figure out what your “final” bill will really come to, after adding up all of the tacked on charges. I will not charge extra based upon mileage. I believe that fuel is a price that I pay for doing business, and I refuse to pass that cost on to you. It is my burden, not yours. I do not charge extra for Radon testing or for Infrared Thermography. I believe (so does the EPA) that every home should be inspected for Radon, Lead Paint, Mold, Termites, etc… So, with my inspections, you will get the whole thing, and they are included in my price.

My fee schedule is based upon the sale price of a home. Nothing Else!

If the home is not for sale, then the fee is based upon the assessed value.

I must have a signed contract prior to performing a home inspection. It can be done at the inspection site, or you may e-mail it back to me with a digital signature, or with an e-mail stating that the e-mail constitutes consent.
